Health & Safety is of upmost importance and PCII are regularly assessed by major repeat clients including some of the leading manufacturers in the UK. For each client, we develop a site specific Health & Safety plan utilising specific method statements and risk assessments for all areas and tasks. Regular safety audits are carried out both internally or by relevant 3rd parties providing an independent assessment of Health & Safety performance and standards.
All our staff are kept up to date with the latest Health & Safety guidance and receive regular training, we also operate a programme of continual development and learning among our employees. Time served project managers with a wealth of experience continually deliver successful solutions to all our customers.

- Distribution design and verification from an individual circuit to multi-board distribution systems, all carried out to BS7671 18th Edition IEE Wiring Regulations.
- Control system circuit design. Schematic, single line, installation, block diagrams and more, completed in Autocad or Rittal E-Plan format.
- Surveys, room / machine layouts, panel design, reports, forms and more, completed in Autocad / E-Plan / Excel format.
- Existing drawings converted to electronic formats (Autocad / E-Plan / pdf) and new drawings created from machine system investigations.
